Supporting the Streetsblog Street Ball event

Streetsblog and Streetfilms are local pedestrian and cycling advocates. On Thursday October 23rd at the Invisible Dog Art Center in Brooklyn, they'll be holding their annual Streetsball fundraiser (get your tickets here). As well as drinking, music and dancing, the event has a silent auction which Fifth Avenue businesses are participating in!

Greg and Liz at O Live Brooklyn have donated an Olive Oil 101 Class, which explores When, What and How as well as the flavor characteristics and chemistry of a single varietal extra virgin olive oil. Lizabeth, the owner of Eleven Consignment Boutique donated a $50 Gift Certificate to spend in their stores, which opened in 2010. They have a trendy consignment store and a vintage store close by on 5th Avenue and one in Manhattan. Eleven participated in the Summer Strolls Fashion Show in August, alongside other boutiques from the BID. Pop in and see the team at either store and put new life into your wardrobe!

Du Jour Bakery have donated a $25 Gift Certificate. You can definitely eat your way through a few delicious cakes and coffee and enjoy the laid back atmosphere or sit in the garden. TJ and Vera are wonderful chefs and owners of this very popular local cafe.

Thank you to Jen and the Team at Body Reserve whom have donated a Gym Membership. Located right in the heart of the BID at Union Street, there are classes, trainers as well as an equipped gym. Now there's no excuse to go and get fit this winter!

Annie's Blue Ribbon General Store generously donated a $50 Gift Certificate. There are so many beautiful gifts, cute toys, unusual accessories and eco-friendly house ware items, it'll be hard to choose. There's also tubs of candy to delve into and an array of lovely cards.
