Fifth Avenue Merchants Step Up Big For Red Hook

The tally is in and Fifth Avenue merchants have stepped up in a big way to help raise money for our friends in Red Hook. On Small Business Saturday (November 24), merchants collected donations from customers during Happy to Help Hour (3-7 pm). We are pleased to announce that more than $2000 was collected during those hours for victims of Sandy. The money will be donated directly to the Red Hook Initiative.

Here's a list of the contributors:

Bogota Restaurant               $250
Has Beans                           $200
La Villa                               $400
Leopoldi Hardware             $100
Irene LoRe & Pat Kelly      $500
Melt                                    $150
Stone Park Cafe                 $350
Tabeel                                $150
