This Friday, December 10th, Chef Jacques Gautier of
Palo Santo (652 Union Street between 4th & 5th Avenues) is giving a cooking class on "Pre-Columbian Cuisine" at the
Ger-Nis Culinary & Herb Center (540 President Street).
As Chef Gautier said on his
blog, "What better way to study history and culture then through food?" Sounds like a good opportunity to learn something in the most painless (and delicious) way possible.
