Sous Chef Wendy was putting together a delicious looking coconut tuna ceviche, avocado salad and roasted plantains when I visited. You can tell her love for cooking and her enthusiasm is very catching. Get your A Taste of Fifth tickets and come meet Wendy. We can't wait to see what they will be sampling.
