Dale Talde, Chef and part-owner of Pork Slope on #theother5th, Talde's on 7th Avenue and other restaurants, just released a new cook book, "Asian American: Proudly Inauthentic Recipes from the Philippines to Brooklyn" which was featured in the
NYTimes Food section this week.
Pork Slope is a local restaurant loved for it's amazing Mac n Cheese and, of course, Pulled Pork and Tater Tots.
