Today is the Day! The World Cup Begins!

Fifth Avenue is the place to watch World Cup matches this spring/summer. Starting today, the following locations are set up as go-to spots to catch all of the action:

Skylark on the corner of 11th Street. They have a food menu as well as an outdoor seating area if you need a breather from the screens!

Prospect Bar and Grill between 14th and 15th Streets. The menu includes burger and beer and beer and shot specials.

Blackhorse Pub: Football at the Horse with pub food and a few pints. There are plenty of screens. Located on the corner of 16th Street.

Loki Lounge on the corner of 2nd Street is under some renovations but they are open and ready to pour you a beer. Showing all the matches live. Keep Calm and Drink Up!

Yayo's Authentic Latin Cuisine is situated between Dean and Bergen Streets. They can accommodate large groups and have breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and tapas menus, so you can eat something different with every match!

Beauty Bar will be showing all the games live. It's situated between Garfield and Carroll Streets. They have featured cocktails and manicures. Soccer and nails, what more could you wish for!

Pork Slope between Garfield and Carroll. Extensive whisky menu, American bar food and soccer matches.

200 Fifth is between Union and Sackett. They have a lot of screens and show just every sport they can get a TV package for! There is a bar area for the soccer and you can escape to the restaurant area for a relaxed meal in between games

Oh, and of course from the photo above, you can see that The Monro is also a hot spot to watch the big games!
