Stone Park's first Winemaker Dinner of the fall! Working in the heart of Tuscany, in the vineyards of Montalcino, Mocali produces beautiful wines made of Sangiovese—which happens to be one of our favorite grapes. Palo Santo (652 Union Street): Chef Jacques Gautier always seems to have something interesting up his sleeves. For example, on Thursday, October 11th Palo Santo will partner with Pastry Chef Jean-François Bonnet of Tumbador Chocolate to cook a five-course menu to be paired with the award winning Chilean wines of Casa Marín.

Food For Thought: Don't forget the Park Slope Civic Council's big fundraiser, Food for Thought, which is coming up on Wednesday, October 10 at the Prospect Park Picnic House.
