Yes, snow returns to New York City today, but don't panic! The Weather Channel didn't give this storm a name because it's only expected to bring an inch or less. Whew!
So, take this as a sign that spring has, indeed, begun to...spring (ignore the Polar Vortex temperatures and concentrate on that thought).
