On Thursday, September 12th, Aperitivo will host an "Australian Inspired Maryland Crab Boil and Clam Bake."

Port Stephens Rock Oyster Poppers- with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce
Lynchburg Lemonade- Jack Daniels Sour Mash Whiskey, Lemon Pop and Cointreau. Served in a Mason Jar like it's supposed to.
Aussie Seafood Salad-
Grilled Pacific Octopus and Queensland Scallops. With Hard Boiled Eggs, Lime, Scallions and Sweet Chilies On a bed of Curly Endive.
Crab Boil and Clam Bake Australian Mud Crab, New Zealand Green Mussels, Surf Clams, Jumbo Prawns and Sweet Corn boiled in a broth of Fosters Lager, Ginger, Lime my blend of Pacific Spices.
Grilled Rum Glazed Plantains and Mamey Gelato- House Churned Gelato made with Mamey Fruit
