Recent Changes on Fifth
The weather isn't the only thing that's hot in Brooklyn, this summer. Fifth Avenue has been on a tear over the past 6 months, with new stores, bars and restaurants opening all along the avenue. In fact, as of last week, the commercial vacancy rate had dropped to just 6.4%, the lowest in recent memory.
